The Back of House (BOH) is the heart of your operation!  Many would disagree, but I have found that when the BOH operates efficiently, the rest of your business runs smoother.

The Back of House entails not only the cooking of the food, but food prep, various cooking stations, pre-prep stations, and in many restaurants, a warewashing operation.  All areas are important and must be managed and controlled.
